The Team

Hylkje

During the summer, when not working at the sauna you will find Hylkje on Nigardsbreen as a glacier guide for Breførarlaget or as a bike & hike guide in Skjolden working for Adventure Tours Norway. To recharge on her days off she will jump in the sauna whenever it’s free (preferably after a hike in the mountains), enjoy cooking and baking for her family and friends or relaxing on the couch under a blanket with her knitting. On sunny days she prefers being in the garden taking care of her vegetables, eating ice cream at the hotel or cooling down at the local swim spot.

Rein

Rein loves working on boats. In the summer, when he is not working at the sauna, you can find him either at the fjord or glacier lake driving tourists around. He is a bit of a workaholic in the summer, so most days he is working, but whenever he takes a break he likes to hike in the mountains or learn Spanish and Portuguese.

Gunnar

Gunnar and Rein shares much of the same interests. Gunnar is just a bit more handsome, and a very good climber. He is a photographer, and hopes that one day he might be able to make enough money on his photos to justify all his camera purchases. Gunnar also drives boats for work whenever he is not around for the sauna.
