TERMS & CONDITIONS: BREELG AS (Jostedal Sauna)

1. The Parties

1.1 Seller: BREELG AS, Jostedsalsvegen 2502, 6871 Jostedal.

• Reference: Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

1.2 Buyer: The consumer who places the order or registers an account.

• Reference: Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Purchaser."

2. Privacy and Data Protection

2.1 Data Controller: BREELG AS is responsible for ensuring your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. 2.2 Data Collection: To provide our services, we collect the following information via user input or Vipps:

• Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number. 2.3 Purpose: This data is used solely for administration, support, and fulfillment of agreements between the Seller and Buyer. It is not shared with third parties. 2.4 Rights: You may at any time request insight into your personal data or withdraw your consent. Only personnel with a functional need will have access to your details.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Channels: All bookings must be made through www.jostedalsauna.com, Instagram (@jostedalsauna), Facebook (@jostedalsauna), or info@jostedalsauna.com. All bookings are subject to availability. 3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment is considered "delivered" when the sauna visit begins. 3.3 Payment Methods: Accepted methods include Vipps, PayPal, Card Payments (Zettle), and Cash. When using Vipps, their standard terms and conditions also apply. 3.4 Pricing: All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

4. Subscriptions and Memberships

4.1 Access: A membership/subscription provides access to BREELG AS facilities and services from the moment of purchase. 4.2 Cancellation: Subscriptions have no binding period and can be cancelled at any time via Vipps (under "Manage Subscriptions") or by emailing info@jostedalsauna.com. 4.3 Access Period: Upon cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of the month already paid for. 4.4 Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, contact us for a refund.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Single Bookings)

5.1 Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made by the buyer more than 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund (minus a 5% admin fee). 5.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. 5.3 No-Shows: No-shows are charged the full amount. 5.4 Discretionary Adjustments: If you make an error during booking, you may request an adjustment or refund provided you contact us well in advance of the scheduled start time. 5.5 Seller Cancellation: In case of extreme weather or safety concerns, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the booking with a full refund or reschedule.

6. User Responsibilities and Sauna Rules

6.1 Age Requirements: * Communal Sauna: Minimum 18 years old.

• Private Sauna: Minimum 12 years old (guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult). 6.2 Conduct: Users must follow all posted safety rules and instructions provided by staff. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. 6.3 Prohibited Substances: Alcohol is not permitted in the sauna. Do not use the sauna under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. 6.4 Damages: Any damage caused to the facilities by misuse or negligence will be charged to the Buyer.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Risk: Use of the sauna and surroundings (including swimming in the stream) is at your own risk. 7.2 Medical Conditions: People with health conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy) should consult a physician before use. 7.3 Personal Wellbeing: Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 General Liability: BREELG AS is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health conditions resulting from the use of the sauna. 8.2 Supervision: Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors under their supervision. 8.3 Personal Property: Personal belongings are brought at your own risk; the Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Resolution: Complaints should be directed to the Seller (info@jostedalsauna.com) within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. 9.2 Mediation: If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the Buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
