TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Parties
   1.1 The seller is BREELG AS, Jostedsalsvegen 2502, 6871 Jostedal, info@jostedalsauna.com, Org. nr: 935 607 264, and is herein after referred to as the seller.
   1.2 Buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.
   
   

2. Booking and Payment
   2.1 All bookings must be made through www.jostedalsauna.com/Instagram (@jostedalsauna)/Facebook(@jostedalsauna)/info@jostedalsauna.com and are subject to availability.
   2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
   2.3 Accepted payment methods: Vipps, PayPal, Card Payments by Zettle, Cash.
   
   

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   3.1 Cancellations made by the buyer more than 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund (minus a 5% admin fee).
   3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
   3.3 No-shows are charged the full amount.
   3.4 In case of extreme weather or safety concerns, the seller reserves the right to cancel the booking with a full refund or reschedule.
   
   

4. Pricing
   4.1 All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
   
   

5. User Responsibilities
   5.1 Guests in the communal sauna must be at least 18 years old.
   5.2 Minimum age in the private sauna is 12 years old, but guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
   5.3 Users must follow all posted safety/sauna rules and instructions provided by staff.
   5.4 Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
   5.5 Alcohol is not permitted in the sauna.
   5.6 Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the buyer.
   
   

6. Health and Safety
   6.1 Use of the sauna and surroundings is at your own risk. This includes swimming in the stream.
   6.2 People with health conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy) should consult a physician before using the sauna.
   6.3 Do not use the sauna under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
   6.4 Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.
   
   

7. Liability Disclaimer
   7.1 BREELG AS is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health conditions resulting from use of the sauna.
   7.2 Users are responsible for their own health and safety and that of any guests under their supervision.
   7.3 Personal belongings are brought at your own risk; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
